Want to make a difference? There's no better place to start than right here in McHenry County. Everyone is welcome, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our effectiveness as a force for change.

The McHenry County Democratic Party is a small but active group of volunteers. Our main purpose is to serve the citizens of McHenry County by electing Democrats to local, county and state government. We also coordinate our efforts with the campaigns of Federal candidates.

There is a wide range of party activities you can participate in. Some of our members enjoy working with the public on campaigns, others prefer a lower profile. We welcome anyone with an interest in the Democratic Party. If you are interested in finding out more about our party, please consider attending one of our monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of every month. More…

The Democratic Party of McHenry County meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Our meetings are open to the public. We welcome new faces, and we hope you will join us at our next meeting. More…
